Go Seva – Serving and Protecting Cows

Go Seva, or the service and protection of cows, holds a special place in Indian culture and tradition. Cows are regarded as symbols of compassion, nourishment, and selfless giving. They provide milk and other valuable resources that support rural livelihoods and contribute to sustainable agriculture.

Beyond cultural significance, caring for cows promotes kindness toward animals and encourages a sense of responsibility toward nature. Go Seva teaches values such as compassion, gratitude, and service to society. Annapurna Yojana – Feeding Humanity

At Balasore Yuva Shakti, we believe that no one should go hungry. With this vision, we proudly conduct the Annapurna Yojana Food Distribution Camp on the last Monday of every month, providing nutritious and freshly prepared meals to all members of the community.

What makes this initiative unique is its spirit of dignity and participation. Every person can enjoy a wholesome meal by contributing just ₹1. This symbolic contribution is not a payment for food—it is a way of connecting every meal with a greater cause. The entire amount collected is dedicated to Go Seva (Cow Welfare), helping us care for and protect cows while serving humanity.

Through Annapurna Yojana, a single rupee creates a chain of kindness: It helps feed a hungry person. It supports the welfare of cows.
It strengthens the values of compassion, service, and community unity.
